Features :

• Every "A" Series Heavy Duty Mechanical dock leveler deck is reinforced with 4" x 6" high strength steel structural I-beams.
• Side-to-side deck tilt enables leveler to compensate for canted truck beds while avoiding damaging twisting forces.  The tilting system provides maintained tilt, thus ensuring full contact between dock leveler lip and truck bed. Maintained tilt avoids costly damage to lift truck tires and steering mechanisms.  Side-to-side tilt compensation is up to 4".
• Patented hold-down device provides instant hold at any point in the dock leveler operating range. This ensures positive contact between leveler and truck and minimizes leveler bounce under forklift cross traffic.
• Heavy-duty lifting springs carry a lifetime breakage warranty.
• All pivot points are fitted with sealed ball bearings or pre-lubricated bushings for smooth operations.
• Permanently attached maintenance strut, for the safety of service personnel, is standard equipment.
• Patented lip actuator smoothly powers lip out to the locked position as leveler rises. Yield able lip feature allows lip to safely collapse if it is struck by a truck backing in.
• Vertical travel and automatic vertical compensation is 12" above and 12" below dock level.
• Standard safety devices are toe guards, cross traffic support, maintenance strut and beveled lip.
• Standard accessories are night locks and two 10" W x 13" H x 4" D molded rubber dock bumpers.
• Capacities available are 30,000 lb, 35,000 lb, 40,000 lb, 45,000 lb, and 50,000 lb.
• Consult factory for optional accessories.
• Warranty standard is ten-year structural and one-year parts and labor from date of shipment, and lifetime on lift springs.
